How to Make Seasoning for Pot Roast?

Delicious seasoning for pot roast will take you nearly 2 hours and 10 minutes to complete. Cooking time will need long 2 hours but before that preparation is just quick 10 minutes. So, below are ingredients and methods to make the recipe to serve 6 people:


1 1/2 tablespoons Accent seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated onion, with juice
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons minced green bell peppers
2 tablespoons minced red bell peppers
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons minced carrots
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 large oven cooking bag
1/2 small onion, sliced into thin rings
1 medium arm roast or 1 medium chuck roast
1 cup water
garlic salt


1. Sprinkle salt, garlic salt and pepper to melt on both areas of roast. Put that roast in a bag. Mix accent seasoning, minced garlic, grated onion, paprika, minced green bell peppers, minced red bell peppers, dried parsley, minced carrots and dried mustard in a tiny bowl.

2. Add water and cornstarch and stir deeply until you get it smooth. Pour those over roast and add sliced onions. You can tie bag now hanging roast upside down formation and shake a while so that seasoning covers all the time having those sliced onion on the top. Go to your pan, just make sure to put onion to the top of roast.

3. Poke just about 5 tiny holes in the top of your bag and keep baking at a heat of 350 for long 2 hours or till top side comes slightly brown making your delicious roast tender and perfect to serve your family people.
